TERMS OF USE
Last updated: May 12, 2026
Welcome to TicketHub Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.concertmusicloudevents.com** (the “Site”) and any related services, including the purchase of tickets for events (the “Service”).
By using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase tickets through us.
1. About TicketHub
TicketHub Ltd. is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12345678) with our registered office at:
45 High Street, London, SE1 4QR, United Kingdom
VAT Number: GB 987654321
We act as an authorised ticket agent for event organisers, venues, and promoters. We are not the organiser of the events unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) OR you are at least 13 years old and have obtained parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process.
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
For age‑restricted events (e.g., alcohol, adult content), you must provide valid government‑issued ID upon entry. Tickets purchased by or on behalf of a minor for such events may be cancelled without refund.
3. Account Registration
To purchase tickets or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate registration information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@tickethub.com.
- Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing ticket purchase limits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
4. Ticket Purchases
4.1. Order Process
- All ticket sales are subject to availability. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the ticket.
- After you complete checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. A binding contract for the purchase of tickets is formed only when we send that confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, violation of ticket limits).
4.2. Pricing and Fees
- Prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) or your local currency where indicated. All prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
- In addition to the ticket face value, we charge a service fee (per ticket) and a transaction fee (per order). These fees are disclosed before final payment.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4.3. Payment
- We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
- Payment is processed through third‑party PCI‑DSS compliant gateways (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
- By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
4.4. Ticket Delivery
- Most tickets are delivered as e‑tickets to the email address you provide during checkout. Some events may require physical tickets (shipped for a fee) or will‑call (pick‑up at venue). Delivery method is clearly stated before purchase.
- E‑tickets may be subject to QR code scanning. You are responsible for safeguarding your ticket barcode; sharing it may allow others to use your ticket, and we cannot issue replacements.
4.5. Ticket Limits
- Event organisers may impose a maximum number of tickets per person, account, or credit card. We will notify you of any such limit. Attempts to exceed limits through multiple accounts or addresses may result in cancellation of all orders without refund.
5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Our Refund & Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The key points are summarised below:
- Change of mind: Generally, tickets are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable unless the event itself is cancelled or rescheduled. Some events may offer a 14‑day cancellation period (where legally required) – check the event page.
- Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled (not rescheduled) and not replaced, you will receive a refund of the ticket face value minus any non‑refundable service fees. Delivery fees are not refunded.
- Event rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will usually be valid for the new date. You may request a refund within a specified period (typically 14 days after the new date announcement). If you fail to request a refund by the deadline, you forfeit the right.
- Partial events: If an event is partially performed (e.g., headliner drops out), refunds are at the organiser’s discretion. We will facilitate refunds if the organiser approves.
- Refund process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
To request a refund due to cancellation/rescheduling, contact refunds@tickethub.com with your order number.
6. Event Changes, Cancellations, and Liability
- Event details (line‑up, venue, start time, support acts) may change due to circumstances beyond our control. These changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the headlining act is removed (as defined in the event listing).
- We strongly recommend that you do not arrange travel or accommodation until the event is confirmed. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other consequential costs incurred due to event changes or cancellations.
- In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, government order, strike, war), our liability is limited to refunding the ticket face value only (excluding fees) if the event is completely cancelled. No refund is due for rescheduled events unless you request a refund within the allowed window.
7. Ticket Resale and Transfers
- You may not resell tickets through unauthorised channels (e.g., eBay, Viagogo, social media) at a price higher than face value. Resale above face value is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
- You may transfer tickets to another person for free via your TicketHub account or by forwarding the e‑ticket email. The new holder assumes all terms and conditions.
- Commercial resale of tickets without our prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Entry to Event and Code of Conduct
- Tickets grant a revocable license to enter the event. The venue or organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person for:
- Being under the influence of drugs/alcohol
- Displaying aggressive, offensive, or unsafe behaviour
- Violating venue rules (e.g., smoking in non‑smoking areas, bringing prohibited items)
- Failing to provide valid ID for age‑restricted events
- Being under the influence of drugs/alcohol
- No refund will be given if you are refused entry or ejected for breach of conduct rules.
- You agree to comply with all venue policies, including bag checks, prohibited items lists, and health/safety measures (e.g., COVID‑19 vaccination or testing requirements, if applicable).
9. User Conduct on the Site
When using our Site, you agree not to:
- Use any automated system (bot, crawler) to purchase tickets or scrape data.
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site (e.g., DDoS attacks, uploading malicious code).
- Violate any applicable laws or third‑party rights.
We may, at our sole discretion, cancel any orders, block your IP address, or terminate your account for violation of this clause.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and event descriptions – is the property of TicketHub Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
- Use our trademarks (e.g., “TicketHub”) without permission.
You retain ownership of any user‑generated content you post (e.g., reviews), but you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with the Site.
11. Third‑Party Links
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites (e.g., venue maps, payment providers, social media). We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Access them at your own risk.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND TICKETS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TICKETHUB LTD. AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TRAVEL COSTS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
- ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE TOTAL PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE TICKETS (EXCLUDING FEES).
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS OUR LIABILITY FOR: (I) DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE; (II) FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION; (III) ANY MATTER THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TicketHub Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the Site or tickets.
- Your violation of any third‑party rights (e.g., resale restrictions).
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and/or cancel your tickets (with a refund of the ticket face value only, at our discretion) if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination (e.g., payment obligations for already purchased tickets).
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation (contact us at legal@tickethub.com).
If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom. However, for consumers resident in the EU, you may also bring a claim in your local court under applicable consumer protection laws.
European Commission Online Dispute Resolution Platform: If you are a consumer in the EU, you may use the European Commission’s ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution schemes, but we will cooperate in good faith.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified by email (to the address associated with your account) or via a banner on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right.
- Entire agreement: These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any event‑specific terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and TicketHub Ltd. regarding the Service.
- Assignment: We may assign or transfer these Terms (and our rights under them) to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
